Alexia Udriste

My name is Alexia Udriste and I am a full-time illustrator with more than 6 years of experience in the field, working with various publishers and brands or magazines. I am currently based in Romania, documenting natural habitats all around the country.

My favorite medium is watercolor, but in the past few years I’ve been experimenting a lot with mixed media. Being a self-taught artist has given me a lot of flexibility around my technique of choice.
Nowadays I get to enjoy life in the countryside and let myself be inspired by all the wildlife and flora I have around the hills, while creating beautiful products and illustrations inspired by my surroundings.

What do you love about Borciani e Bonazzi brushes?

After a few days of painting with Borciani e Bonazzi brushes I was impressed by their ability to keep shape. I love the quality of the bristles, especially the synthetic ones. In my line of work it is especially important to have fine lines and a slow water release, features that I perfectly found in Borciani e Bonazzi brushes.
