A brush with a cat's tongue tip, light ox hair, short handle in earth-red lacquered wood with gold tip and nickel-plated brass ferrule.
Ox hair is very elastic, durable and low-cost, with good shape retention. Ox hair brushes are used mainly in oil painting and even in almost all painting techniques, from acrylic to watercolour to decoration. The brushstroke is soft and light, being delicate in the lines and for full backgrounds.
Series 372/C is characterised by a light fibre and a slightly-cut tip, ideal for retouching, shading and glazing. The broad range of sizes is able to meet the needs of students and enthusiasts alike. The handle is short, light and easy to handle, suitable for works in acrylic and tempera, on horizontal surfaces. The cat's tongue tip allows you to create light strokes and rounded details, whilst maintaining the form, when well maintained.
THE LINE
When used at the tip, the line is rounded and medium-long. When pressure is applied, it leaves a petal shape.
