The Roma Collection set consists of 4 brushes with extra fine ox hair, with nickel-plated brass ferrule and short handle, in the following sizes: – Series 375 Size 8 – Series 371/C Size 6 and 10 – Series 372/C Size 12 Ox hair is soft and light, with a slow release of water just like all natural fibres. The line is continuous and delicate, ideal for techniques where the colour is fluid but not diluted. Ox hair is very elastic, durable and economical, with a good retention of form. Ox hair brushes are used especially in oil painting but also in almost all painting techniques, from acrylic to watercolour to decoration. The brushstroke is soft and light, soft in the lines and in full backgrounds. The Roma Collection brush set is ideal for tempera works in particular. It is packaged in a resealable and reusable transparent PVC case.
