SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to have your order delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of shipment.

If the delivery is not successful (in the event that you are absent at the time of delivery), the courier will deliver the order the next working day. BorcianieBonazzi.com is not responsible for any delays attributable to the shipper.

We can have the courier contact you directly to make an appointment for delivery (for the costs of the service check the table below). All our items are delivered in a free gift box.

Upon receipt of the order, we invite you to check:

- that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
- that the package is intact and undamaged; any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating

on the waybill that you sign for collection, the words "Withdrawn subject to control", otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
